Course Objectives:
This ONE DAY session gives an overview of risk assessment within management systems and is intended for anyone that requires an introduction to risk management as a means to simplify management systems.

This includes corporate governance programmes, which essentially require Directors and others to be aware of the risks of their organization, and manage these accordingly.

Larger organizations are now using risk management as the central component of their management systems, including an assessment of business continuity requirements. This one day session gives an introduction to a suitable risk assessment system, and there is a workshop on selected technical areas to illustrate the methodology.

The course draws on the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 31000-2009 Risk Management - Principles and Guidelines (previously AS/NZS 4360) and it is particularly valuable for organizations wishing to bring senior individuals together to focus on the key business management risk issues.
