Who should attend:
All organisations with employees should have at least one individual at Managerial or a more senior level, capable of conducting the Discipline & Grievance process to try to avoid situations which may unnecessarily lead to an Industrial Tribunal.
Course benefits:
This programme covers legal compliance with the requirements of the Discipline & Grievance process and delegates will learn and practice through role-play sessions, appropriate methods and techniques to plan and conduct disciplinary interviews; make considered assessment and at all times recognise the employee's rights in grievance issues.
Additional information:
Participants take part in interactive demonstrations of managing Discipline and Grievance scenarios. Throughout these role plays delegates will receive feedback on how to conduct an investigatory interview, chair a disciplinary interview, chair an appeal hearing and chair a grievance hearing.
Certificates:
All delegates who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate of attendance.
Trainers background:
The trainer for this course has extensive experience in design and delivery of Disciplinary & Grievance training and have considerable experience as an advisor at Industrial Tribunal. They have been successfully delivering training to both public and private sector organisations for over ten years and previously held a number of senior management positions in industry.
