Employment tribunals can be costly and time-consuming affairs. The objective of this training programme is to ensure that your employment procedures comply with current legal requirements and that those procedures are applied consistently and in accordance with good practice.

  • Maternity, paternity, parental and dependants' rights
  • The impact of the Human rights act 1992
  • The Employment act 2002 and dignity at work
  • Termination of employment
  • Remedies for unfair dismissal and breach of contract.
