Course Objectives:
This course is a 2 hour course and is suitable for any person who is involved in the administration of drugs and needs to be aware of the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylactic reactions.

Who should attend:
Anyone who wishes to learn the lifesaving skills of CPR for all ages and understand anaphylactic shock.

Course benefits:
This awareness course covers drug incompatibilities, contraindications, and enables participants to differentiate between anaphylactic reactions and panic attacks.

Additional information:
This course covers anaphylactic reactions in both adults and children along with the correct administration of adrenaline (epinephrine).

Trainers background:
The trainer for this course has extensive experience in design and delivery of first aid programmes. They are qualified by St Johns ambulance and previously held the position of First Aid trainer for the Central Scotland Police force for a number of years.
