This is a comprehensive one-day introduction on effectively managing health and safety in the workplace. For managers and supervisors, health and safety needs to be managed as much as any other organisational discipline.  Many organisations do not have the benefit of a professional health and safety advisor and must rely on line managers and supervisors to fill that role.
