Who should attend
This programme is ideal for either existing middle-level managers who are experienced in the role but have no formal in-depth training and also those who may have recently been promoted to the role of middle management from within a supervisory, or team leader capacity. Formal training at lower level management will be an advantage, but is not strictly necessary.
