Course Objectives
This interactive one day programme is design to help sales advisors enhance their core skills of customer contact and influence. Delegates will have the opportunity to develop their existing knowledge of persuasive and influential communication skills, helping to take their telephone communication style to a different level through exploring and practicing a variety of different techniques.
Contents
By the end of this course each delegate will be able to:
- Describe how customers currently consider their mortgage buying experience
- Identify what improvements could be made to make the process more engaging
- Use effective questioning and listening skills to control and guide the interview
- Listen carefully to be able to understand the customer’s needs and intentions
- Understand how verbal and physical body language can be used to develop rapport
- Apply empathy and influencing skills when appropriate
