The Microsoft Access 2016 Advanced course is suitable for those who already have a sound working knowledge of Access and who wish to explore its more complicated features and functions.

The Access 2016 Intermediate course is designed to help existing users who are familiar with the basics of database design and use, take advantage of the more complex features of Access.

The Introduction to Microsoft Access 2016 training course covers how to use Access 2016 to manage data, including creating a new database; constructing tables; designing forms and reports and creating queries. At the end of this course delegates will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Access 2016 basics and will feel more confident creating and designing databases.

This Advanced Microsoft Excel 2016 training class is designed for students to gain the skills necessary to use pivot tables, audit and analyze worksheet data, utilize data tools, collaborate with others, and create and manage macros.

After completing this course, students will be able to: Insert the course objectives in a bulleted list with periods. For example:

  • Learn to trace precedents and dependents.

This Introduction to PowerPoint 2016 training class is designed for students who are interested in learning the fundamentals needed to create and modify basic presentations using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2016. Students will explore the PowerPoint environment and create a presentation. Students will format text on slides to enhance clarity and add graphical objects to a presentation and modify them. Students will also add tables and charts to a presentation to present data in a structured form and then finalize a presentation.

After completing this course students should be able to: -
  • Start and end a PowerPoint session.
  • Edit a presentation.
  • Create different types of slides.
  • Use the Outline tab.
  • Add Clipart to a slide.
  • Format slides and use templates.
  • Use the Slide Sorter to reorganize a presentation.

This course builds on the concepts and skills taught in Project 2016 - Introduction. Students will learn how to work with templates, create baseline plans, monitor and update projects, analyse project statistics, handle delays and conflicts, create reports, consolidate project files, share resources, and customise Project. Students will also learn how to communicate project information by using Project Server 2016 and how to integrate Project data with other Office applications.
