- Define the contents of the health and safety file
- Identify required pre-construction information
- Outline the contents of a construction phase plan
- List the requirements for consultation, communication, co-ordination and competence
This programme is ideal for: Clients, Principal Contractors, Principal Designers, Designers and Sub-Contractors.
The workshop is for CDM duty holders and health and safety professionals, and those involved in managing construction projects. It will enable understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) from the point of view of the Client, Principal Designer, and other Design Teams, the Principal Contractor and other Contractors. It will cover management duties and the required CDM Documentation.
