This three day programme will support you to conduct multi-discipline audits of your management systems. The standards covered are: ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
You will leave with the knowledge of the Internal Audit Process and contained within this programme are workshop sessions providing you with the tools of how to plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit.
This programme is ideally suited for Quality Managers and other employees who have a responsibility for conducting internal audits and possess an understanding of the three standards.
The programme follows a very clear structure, analysing each of the standards and the place they hold within your organisation. There are clear benefits to considering operating an IMS:
- Improved efficiency - helps reduce duplication
- Reduces costs - sharing tasks and processes removes the costs associated with implementing and operating the system
- Better decision making - an IMS can help organisations analyse functional and departmental barriers, which can improve communication and decision making
- Reduced audit fatigue - generally means less time spent on internal audits, reducing interruptions at an operational level
- Improved understanding of the process - gives an holistic view of an organisation, improving the understanding of processes
- Quality management - can help the organisation ensure consistency across operations
- Streamline processes - can find efficiencies in operations that reduce documentation
Delegates should have an understanding of all three standards - ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 and would be required to bring copies of those standards with them to the training sessions.
