These publicly scheduled events are available to anyone who wants to attend and are run as either virtual classrooms or using the physical classroom at venues throughout the UK.

Our Virtual Events are generally delivered using Zoom, although we also offer MS Teams for in-house delivery. Our experience of Zoom has proven it to be the most reliable, intuitive and effective means of delivering virtual classroom training. We take the security of our virtual classroom environment very seriously. We ensure security by enabling passwords and delegates are not permitted access if the tutor does not have them listed on their delegate list. We also do not allow screen-sharing, messaging within the group or file transfer – this can only be enabled by the tutor or mediator.

The venues we use throughout the UK for physical classroom events are chosen carefully for their comfort, ease of access and quality of training facilities. We deliver training in many UK cities – Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle and London.
