This course will provide you with the basic skills required by an end-user of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016. The short workshop provides a hands-on experience, with a series of self-guided exercises integrated into the training.
By the end of this course delegates will have the skills to:
- access SharePoint from a browser or from MS Office
- use SharePoint to collaborate within a team, organise and manage documents, events, tasks and other items
- create your own site with both public and private areas
- for information in a portal site
This course is ideally suited to those who have basic understanding of Windows 8 or later versions as well as Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience using Internet Explorer or equivalent browser would be useful as well.
