Preparing an Induction

Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will benefit from understanding:

• How to outline the basics of an induction programme for the physical and/or virtual work environments
• Universal orientation for the inductee in the physical and/or virtual work environments

• How to detail and effectively communicate the organisations history, services, culture and values
• How to clearly outline job requirements

This programme is ideal for all department and/or organisation managers and individuals who are responsible for onboarding new employees in the physical and/or virtual work environments.

Introduction 

This programme has been developed to allow for hybrid working environments, providing those responsible for onboarding with the tools to deliver effective inductions regardless of whether it is in the physical or virtual environment.

Delegates are encouraged to along existing induction plans if available.

All delegates who successfully complete this course will receive an electronic certificate of attendance.
