Delivered over six interactive modules, this programme blends expert-led training and facilitation with practical exercises and peer learning. The programme offers serious management skills at a sensible price and is delivered live online, with each module running from 9am – 1.30pm over Zoom.
You’ll walk away with the tools you need to manage well and a complete Implementation Plan ready to put into action immediately so that you can apply your learning in the real-world context of your working environment.

This isn’t a theoretical programme, it’s hands-on, practical and full of actionable tools, tips and tactics for use in the real world, ready to go from Day 1.
Participants will be asked to complete a short online DISC assessment before the first module. All other course work will happen in the sessions themselves. Participants will be encouraged to try out their new skills with their team as part of their every day work between sessions.
All delegates who successfully complete this course will receive an electronic certificate of attendance on request.
The programme has been designed and is being exclusively delivered by three training associates: Rebecca Maxwell, Janis Bovaird-Martinez and John Drysdale.
Rebecca Maxwell
An experienced business strategist, management and leadership development professional & Executive Coach, Rebecca brings additional skills in facilitation, strategy planning, business development & networking. As a leader herself for many years, she has managed teams of all sizes, led multimillion pound construction & urban regeneration projects, spearheaded service transformation initiatives & steered communities through emergencies & crises. She is currently a Non Executive Director on the NHS Golden Jubilee University Hospital Board and has previously held the role of Non Executive Member of Wrexham Glyndwr University and chaired their Strategy & Finance Committee.
Janis Bovaird-Martinez
Janis is a qualified Coach, Leadership Development Specialist and has a breadth and depth of experience across the field of HR. Through the HR roles she has held within Retail, Logistics and Corporate settings, she has 30 years’ experience of Coaching and Developing Senior Leaders, alongside a proven track record of putting it into practice with her own teams.
John Drysdale
John enjoys helping people be the best version of themselves and has coached and trained thousands of people to communicate, present, lead, manage, influence and engage. He is a speaker, Executive & Business coach, facilitator and trainer. John also delivers certified training within the ILM standards & is skilled at developing people to progress & develop others in turn.
