This interactive and highly participative programme is designed for management level employees who aspire to leadership roles and will be bespoke to your organisation. Delivered over three non-consecutive days, the programme incorporates two additional short sessions as Action Learning Sets to ensure the skills are being embedded in the organisation and encourage the delegates to work together as a supportive and cohesive team. It is designed to be fluid, ensuring it flows and moves with your managers to maximise the benefit to them as well as fitting your organisational needs.
Day 1: Inspirational Leadership
Highlighting leadership techniques that have evolved throughout the ages. This programme provides examples and ideas from globally respected management gurus and other iconic world figures. This programme demonstrates how inspiring leaders can build teams whose members work together effectively and positively, achieving the exceptional performance improvements that strong leadership brings. This day includes:

Day 2: Advanced Communication Skills
Communication skills is central to high performing leadership. However, communication is so much more than how you speak and listen. A high performing leader must understand their team; how they think, how they process information, how to best communicate with them and how to best understand them when they communicate. This session includes:

Day 3: Time Management
Confident and skilful communication in the workplace should be central to everyone's role, however, too often issues arise purely as a result of poor or ill-thought-out verbal communication. This practical short course will demonstrate tools and techniques you can use to communicate better with colleagues and customers. A variety of different day-to-day workplace situations such as meetings and telephone conversations will be examined. The final day includes:

Action Learning Sets
Two half day Action Learning Sets are included for this group, arranged at four weeks then eight weeks after the delivery to help embed the knowledge and support their engagement as a management team. This can be done as a remote virtual session or in-person.
On completion, delegates will:
